We were very pleasantly surprised with the exceptional cleanliness, the up to date facility and the closeness to Churchill Downs. Every staff member was very responsive, especially a young man working many hours when we were there.

The front desk was so kind and accommodating and the hotel was within an easy walking distance to the derby. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable! I’ve never had such a great experience at a Comfort Inn!

The location was perfect and easy to find. I felt very comfortable and safe staying there. I always love having a mini fridge and microwave in my hotel room. I didn't deal much with the staff but I received good customer service.

So close to the Kentucky Derby! The staff was incredibly nice! Breakfast in the morning was a great bonus.
